MICRON ID1 - B123B Guardhouse & Turnstiles

This permit includes the guard house that is on the north side of the site by the North Parking Lot . This structure controls access to the ID1 site. The permit includes the building structure (foundation and footings, walls, roof structure, roof, entry canopies, exterior openings, exterior envelop). Along with the exterior elements the permit also includes the interior finishes and architectural elements. This includes but is not limited to interior non-bearing walls, plumbing fixtures, casework, furnishing, signage, ceilings, interior doors, and finishes. All MEP within 5 ft of the building is part of this permit. This includes the turnstile and security gates.
