Five Story, 128 unit, Type IIIA construction full service hotel. The first floor of the hotel contains A-2 occupancy, A-3 occupancy, B occupancy and R-1 occupancy. The upper floors contain R-1 occupancy. First floor program includes hotel lobby, guest registration, food prep, guest laundry, guest fitness space & back of house office and laundry space. The upper floor program is entirely guestroom suites consisting of efficiency suites, king studio suites, double queen bed studio suites, one bedroom suites and two-bedroom suites. Building exterior materials include full depth brick, fiber cement siding, ACM metal panels, aluminum fenestration and aluminum copings. The building has been through the proper planning review process and was granted approval from the city of Boise Design Review Board. The associated Early Start Permit (BLD26-01435) is currently in the process of being reviewed . (HOMEWOOD SUITES BOISE- WHITEWATER VILLAGE) (FOUNDATION ONLY) Permit for the installation of the foundation, rammed aggregate piers, underground utilities. No vertical construction is allowed.
